Delivery Information

We charge a flat fee of £2.95 for postage and packing for orders to the UK and N.Ireland under £50, above £50 it's free. We aim to despatch most orders within three working days of receiving them. We use Royal Mail First Class Delivery for most orders, although exceptionally large or bulky items may be despatched separately using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. 

Should an item be out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either a substitute or place the item on backorder.

Please allow 28 days for delivery.

We try to recycle as much of our packing materials as possible!

If customers provide us with special delivery instructions (eg. please leave parcel at rear of cottage), we will endeavour to make this clear on the parcel. However the customer is liable for any goods left in this manner in an unsecure location. 

International Orders

Additional shipping costs apply to customers from Eire, Europe and overseas. Please email us with your order (info@girlstravelclub.co.uk) and we will work out the appropriate and most economical shipping charges for you.
